What can clients expect when working with me?

"In session clients can expect an empathetic, listening ear. I am someone who will meet you where you are currently at in life but also give you a safe and friendly push to consider other perspectives and approaches and challenge you to unlearn mindsets and behaviors that no longer serve you."
