Cierra believes uncertainty doesn’t need us to accept it, we need to accept it. She is a graduate of Saint Martin’s University in Lacey. Cierra is a veteran of the US Army and loves working with veterans as well as individuals and groups. Cierra comes to 253 Therapy and Consult in with a background in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other Anxiety Disorders with adults and children and is also working on getting her Perinatal Mental Health training and certification. She has a desire to help individuals accept uncertainty and not allow OCD and Anxiety to take over. Cierra is originally from Georgia and resides in Washington state with her husband and two dogs.
