Jatou understands the many factors that contribute to a person’s overall health and wellbeing. She uses a gentle, and encouraging style that offers a safe place for people to heal from their current life changes or past developmental traumas.
Jatou is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (WA State Credential number MG61330312) and comes to us with extensive experience working with youth, individuals, couples and families, that have either experienced conflicts within their family systems, life transitions, and or have experienced high levels of trauma. She helps clients break the cycle of generational trauma and family dysfunction, and helps clients become more integrated and emotionally regulated. Having grown up in different countries and environments, Jatou has insight on the many struggles people of diverse backgrounds such as BIPOC, immigrants or children of immigrants, and Muslims face in the world today.
