facilitator for change. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (WA State License #LH61463837). One of the most important parts of Steven’s work as a therapist is his cultural competency orientation when utilizing his theoretical approach (Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Schema-Focused Therapy). His cultural lens emphasizes the critical aspect of ethnicity on identity, self-determination, and self-worth and strives to help clients reverse the effects of social malnutrition and impoverished life experiences.
Steven is a strong youth advocate and enjoys traveling with his family.
