Erika joins the 253 Therapy team with experience working with children, teens, older adults, and families, including individuals with developmental disabilities, different neurotypes, trauma histories, and those from marginalized communities. She approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and openness, and is always seeking to grow as a therapist by staying informed on the latest mental health research and welcoming any feedback to better meet her clients’ needs.

 

Erika is a passionate therapist who meets her clients with empathy, using techniques from theoretical orientations like Emotionally Focused Therapy and Systemic Family Therapy

Outside sessions, she enjoys spending time with her pets in nature, learning new knit or crochet stitches, exploring history, culture, and religion, cooking with friends and family, and clearing her head through music, exercise, dance, and movement.
