NATALIE CALLELY

 Therapist    

Natalie is a lover of all things coffee, yoga and poetry. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (WA state Associate License #MC60985184) with a wealth of experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples and groups. Natalie comes to 253 Therapy and Consult with a background in chemical dependency, codependency and education from California State University, San Bernadino.  She focuses on clients’ strengths in their healing work and works closely with her clients to meet their personal goals. She has lived in California, Massachusetts, Tennessee and calls Washington her home now.

ROBBIE ALLEN

Therapist

Robbie believes that relationships are one of life’s greatest gifts. She works with each client to recognize their own strength to implement their personal growth. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (WA State Associate License #MC61210847) with a desire to help treat individuals by offering a supportive environment and the establishment of a genuine connection with each person in the development of their own life goals. 

She has lived in Texas and Tennessee and now calls Washington her home. Her favorite pastime is spending an exorbitant amount of time with family, visiting recreational parks, and being able to lap in the luxury of a massage.

JAQUELINE BARONI

Therapist

Jackie believes that diversity it is important to build a wider perspective. She works to support individuals to explore their strengths, and to improve their well-being by exploring their actions and thoughts from a different perspective. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (WA State Associate License #MC61205026). She is a passionate professional who focuses on building rapport with her clients in order to better understand her client’s needs to help them to achieve their goals. She is Brazilian, living currently in Virginia. Her favorite hobbies are going for hikes, traveling, exploring different cultures and backgrounds, and spending time with family and friends.

CIERRA GLOECKNER

Intern

Cierra believes uncertainty doesn’t need us to accept it, we need to accept it. She is currently a masters level intern therapist at Saint Martin’s University in Lacey. Cierra is a veteran of the US Army and loves working with veterans as well as individuals and groups. Cierra comes to 253 Therapy and Consult in with a background in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other Anxiety Disorders with adults and children and is also working on getting her Perinatal Mental Health training and certification. She has a desire to help individuals accept uncertainty and not allow OCD and Anxiety to take over. Cierra is originally from Georgia and resides in Washington state with her husband and two dogs.

MARKELLE GALLAGHER

Client Care Coordinator

Markelle is a foodie, bookworm, sports fanatic, and loves all things bright and colorful. Always one to lend a helping hand, Markelle found a passion for assisting others while working in a high school counseling center. Markelle enjoys being able to help those who are in need get the support they need. As our Client Care Coordinator, Markelle is the main point of contact for all clients.

Other than her schooling in the midwest, Markelle is proud to have lived in Washington her whole life, and takes great pride in her love for the Pacific Northwest.

PHEBE BRAKO-OWUSU

Founder & CEO

Phebe has always enjoyed hearing people's stories. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (WA state License #LF60607100) with over a decade of clinical experience, serving folx from different backgrounds and ethnicities. Many of the clients she serves have faced a wide range of traumas, have difficulties with adjusting to life outside their home countries, are trying to make sense of their identities, are struggling with work stress, communicating in their relationships/marriage, are having difficulties connecting with the people around them or are having trouble managing their everyday emotions. Although Ghana is her heartbeat, Phebe calls the 253 her home and loves laughing and dancing in supermarket aisles.
