ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW GROUP

November 2, 2022

We are bringing another exciting group to our community this Winter! Facilitated by Natalie Callely, LMHC, the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Group designed to help individuals gain psychological flexibility and learn tools to help manage depression and anxiety symptoms. Each group will consist of psychoeducational elements, as well as space to process with peers. 

This group is for all ADULTS aged 18 and over, starting January 7, 2023. Interested in being a part? Send us an email here with GROUP in the subject line. SPACE IS LIMITED

JUNETEENTH CELEBRATION

Did you catch us at the Tacoma Black Business Juneteenth Celebration? We were at the Waterfront Market at Ruston on June 19 celebrating Juneteenth with our Tacoma community. This happened to be our first community event and we much say we had a BLAST! It was truly an honor meeting members of our community and discussing all things mental health.
