253 Therapy and Consult is an inclusive, multidisciplinary Mental Health Practice in University Place, WA. We have years of experience providing culturally sensitive therapy services to our clients. Our team of therapists is highly trained and skilled in modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, African-Centered Therapy and Narrative Therapy, just to name a few. We pride ourselves in providing intimate, person-centered, and excellent service to our community. We want you to feel seen, heard and valued, no matter your life’s circumstances.
