Hi there! I’m Jess Feezor, a clinical mental health counselor associate and a graduate of the University of Puget Sound. My professional identity is grounded in humanistic, feminist, person-centered, and multicultural frameworks. My work is also informed by my lived experience as a trans, queer, neurodivergent individual. My approach to counseling centers around creating a safe, nonjudgmental space that promotes self-awareness, growth, and exploration of identity. I often incorporate narrative, creative, and art-inspired techniques in addition to pulling from existential and trauma-informed modalities. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, attachment work, and more. To me counseling is a collaborative process in which I have the honor of walking alongside a client in their mental health journey and adapting to their individual needs!

What can clients expect when working with me?
“For me to be encouraging, gentle, and willing to adapt to the needs of each client. This is your journey, and I’m honored to walk alongside you!”
